After founding an IT company (2006) and a corporate career (2010-2016), Larissa Zeichhardt now runs the family business LAT together with her sister. The electrical company is active around the track, from "working under a rolling wheel" to the "certified video surveillance system". As her successor, Zeichhardt manages the balancing act between love of tradition and euphoria about progress: the administration is now paperless, the foremen use digital clipboards and the site managers use a construction site app. As a member of the executive committee of Gütegemeinschaft Leitungstiefbau, she is committed to high quality in broadband expansion. Zeichhardt relies on cooperation with start-ups such as JobUfo to defy the shortage of skilled workers. Together with the Berlin Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) and youtube stars SimpleClub, Zeichhardt has also developed an apprentice learning app for the technical training occupations, thereby reviving the specialist area's recommendation marketing. With the publication of the Top100 women in the transport industry and the corresponding network event Women in Mobility Luncheon (ERA, IHK, shift2rail, BerlinPartner, VdU, DB..), it is pursuing a goal: the proportion of women in the transport industry is to rise from currently 22% to 40% by 2020.
